ji9 is obligated to share player data with PAGCOR upon request as a condition of its operating licence, and to file covered and suspicious transaction reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law. These disclosures are mandatory and cannot be refused.
ji9 engages third-party service providers to operate aspects of the Platform, including: payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), game software providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, KYC verification platforms, and customer support technology providers. All service providers are contractually bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific service being provided.
ji9 does not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own commercial purposes. Any data sharing outside the categories described in this Policy requires your prior explicit consent.
ji9 may disclose personal data where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other binding legal process under Philippine law. ji9 will, where legally permissible, notify affected users before complying with such orders.
When you deposit or withdraw using GCash, Maya, or any linked Philippine bank, ji9 receives transaction confirmation data including your GCash-registered mobile number, transaction reference numbers, and deposit or withdrawal amounts. ji9 does not store your GCash PIN, full bank account credentials, or OTP codes โ these remain within GCash's and your bank's own systems.
Payment data is retained by ji9 for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act's record retention requirements. This includes all deposit and withdrawal records, regardless of whether the transaction was completed or reversed.

The ji9 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. ji9 does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data relating to individuals under the age of 21. If ji9 becomes aware that an individual under 21 has registered an account or provided personal data, ji9 will immediately close the account, delete the associated personal data, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
