Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of ji9 content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ji9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service due to technical failure. ji9's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ji9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, network outages, scheduled maintenance, regulatory directives, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, and national emergencies.
ji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) continued operation of the account poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ji9; or (d) the player has been identified as a problem gambler through PAGCOR's self-exclusion register or through ji9's own responsible gaming review process.
Upon termination for cause, ji9 may forfeit promotional balances and void pending bets. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification and completion of any pending investigation, unless the account has been suspended pursuant to law enforcement or PAGCOR direction.
Players may close their own ji9 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not forfeit verified balances.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the ji9 platform, or any gaming transaction shall first be submitted to ji9's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
ji9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the ji9 platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive. Your continued use of the ji9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
